I LOVE this place! The front desk is on top of everything. Quick to respond and answer any questions. I see Amanda for laser hair removal and my Botox. She is SO informative and patient. I wasn't surprised with any of the aftercare. I felt fully informed and comforted through both procedures. So grateful I found this place!

Ive been to several Ideal Image in the area and the Vancouver location is the best. I live right next to a different location but drive 45 minutes to go to this location. Its because the staff is so nice! AND AMANDA the nurse practioner that does my laser and botox is the absolute best. She is so nice. Funny. Knowledgeable and kind. Book with her!!!

I had such a great experience at Ideal Image! I went in for laser hair removal on my legs and face, and I’m already thrilled with the results. I actually saw a noticeable difference after my very first session, which was such an exciting surprise. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The treatment was quick, and they explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. I’m so happy I chose Ideal Image, and I can’t wait to continue my sessions. Highly recommend

I have had 4/8 laser hair removal sessions at Ideal Image now, and I have been very pleased about my experience thus far. I had my first session with Irena; I won’t lie, I was an absolute baby during this session. I had no idea what to expect, and I was unprepared (I highly recommend coming prepared with proper numbing cream & pre-dosing some ibuprofen) But Irena was so kind to me as I struggled through ~ she showed empathy and kindness & blessed me with ice packs throughout (which I know must have slowed our session down immensely, but she sacrificed the flow of her appointments to make sure I was well taken care of). Incredibly grateful of her patience & support. My second session was with Amanda; she was a very kind & she brought a lovely energy into the room and throughout my laser treatment. I am typically too focused on breathing through the discomfort & not much of a talker during tough sessions like this (comparable to how I would probably be during a tattoo session), and Amanda was very attentive to this & asked if I would prefer to go through my treatment with distracting conversations, just her talking, or in silence - I chose to have her talk to me and it made the session fly by. I was very appreciative to her keen awareness and attention to my needs! And my last two sessions were with Alisha; Alisha was very professional, knowledgeable, & extremely attentive to patches of hair that have been proving to be more stubborn than other areas. She is incredibly kind, and I really appreciate her quick but very thorough service. Looking forward to my next session with her! My one note to Ideal Image is just about the amount of texts & calls; I had considered doing this a couple of years ago & I felt like the amount of phone calls I got were too excessive & rather overwhelming. Besides that, I am very glad I finally made the decision to do laser hair removal. It’s so much better than getting waxed every month!
